I developed this with my diabetic dad in mind. He does very well eating Go Dough before a 25 mile horse race. He is 79 years old and is going strong! He makes 79 look like 40ish. MJ loves to be out on her horse as well. Last year while climbing Kings peak she lost her 3 horses and ate nothing but Go Dough for 3 days and never got hungry with it’s chia seeds to hydrate and lots of fiber and protein to keep you feeling full.
