MY name is Kevin Miller. I believe that regular exercise and eating good clean food are the keys to a long and healthy life. As a pilot for a major airline, getting regular exercise and maintaining a healthy diet can be challenging. When I’m at home, I do weight training about 3 or 4 days a week and skiing or snowboarding once a week. When I’m on the road, I do lots of walking. When I’m home, eating healthily is easy because I have access to an abundance of clean food….on the road, not so much. Go Dough is a perfect fit in my everyday life! Go Dough makes for the perfect snack when traveling. It’s not easy to eat healthily while on the road, so when I’m feeling hungry between meals, it’s Go Dough to rescue. It’s delicious, clean and so much better for you than chips, candy, or cookies.

When I’m at home, Go Dough is a great post-workout snack to help replenish energy. Also, Go Dough is so delicious, that I sometimes eat it as a dessert!
